The Chairman, Mr. Xu Jinghe, delivered a speech, reviewing and summarizing the 20-year development journey of the company and its outlook for the future. Looking back, in 2003, Fitting started from a dilapidated small house, with only a few pieces of equipment and boundless enthusiasm, embarking on the entrepreneurial path of Fitting people. After experiencing the financial crisis of 2008, equity changes in 2010 and 2016, and adjustments in management and operations, we emerged from difficulties and welcomed new development opportunities. However, the entrepreneurial road has not been smooth. In the past three years, ravaged by the epidemic, we have also faced tremendous pressure. Nevertheless, we have risen to the challenge. In the challenging market conditions of 2023, we still achieved a sales volume of 120 million yuan, although it has slightly decreased, this achievement is hard-won, it embodies the hard work of every Fitting person and the spirit of teamwork. Looking to the future, our goal is to "build an advanced machinery manufacturing enterprise with international competitiveness"; to expand into the bicycle market and military industry, striving to achieve a transformation breakthrough from component production to vehicle manufacturing; actively explore overseas markets and establish subsidiaries; introduce outstanding talents, improve performance assessment and employee career development systems, effectively promoting the common development of every employee and the company; strengthen corporate culture, highlighting enterprise culture; enhance the spirit of Fitting quality, continuously innovate on the basis of characteristics; adhere to public welfare undertakings and contribute to social harmony and progress.

Ms. Hu Qimin, the General Manager of the company, delivered a speech, summarizing the company's performance in sales, product development, landing of new clients, customer service, and management improvement over the past year. She also analyzed the current domestic and international markets: diversified customer demands, intensified competition, and technological innovation. Based on the market analysis and the actual situation of the company, she outlined the goals for the new year, including increasing sales, improving the success rate of new products, enhancing production efficiency, nurturing and recruiting talents, strengthening corporate culture, and actively expanding into overseas markets. It is hoped that by achieving these goals, the overall business and image of the company will be comprehensively improved, ensuring the stable development of the company.
